- Designed and drafted process for upgrading Global Market & Product Development (GMPD) Benchtop machines to Vista or XP operating system. - Estimated and delivered finalized budget for testing, upgrades, and contractor work to GMPD leadership team

- Collaborated with GMPD global managers and directors to gather global application inventory. Managed data on inventory, target operating systems, and timelines dealing with Velocity initiatives.
- Validated Research & Development (R&D) UV/Vis Spectrophotometer System #2 by drafting and reviewing validation documentation with R&D IT Compliance for approval. Managed vendor work to install application/complete test scripts and lab to complete calibration.
- Upgraded Delphian Rainbow Dissolution Monitor Indigo application to version 3.1.0.4 and assisted lab technician in conducting functionality tests. Completed change control documentation.
- Led the Idea Engine Portal team (20+ individuals) for innovation & idea management within JNJ Global IT. Responsibilities included bi-weekly meetings with VP of IT Innovation to review scope and deliverables and weekly meetings with team to delegate work and manage design, build, deployment, and communications & marketing of Phase 1 & 2 of portal. Worked with multiple groups including IT Communications, Consumer Innovations, ITS, Microsoft, GSD, various vendors, IT Catalyst Team, and 2 development teams (Brazil & India) to accomplish tasks.
- Branded the Lab Informatics group and OTC Consumer Sciences Team through the development & deployment of 2 SharePoint portals and team logos. Collaborated with teams and departments to gather and administer content.
